In interest of transparency, the City of Kramer is currently reviewing our past garbage disposal methods and fees associated with dumpsters of different sizes and locations.  Circle Sanitation of Minot is willing to negotiate a change in the current contract and the city cancel is leaving nothing is off the table.  If you have a thought to share on the past management of city dumpsters and/or fees, share it below... but be nice please.
