The speed limit in Kramer is 20 miles per hour in interest of keeping dust down, foot traffic safe, and accidents minimal. 

Please consider all intersections as four-way stop and respect the speed limit and posted STOP signs.  The Bottineau County Sheriff is authorized by contract to enforce city ordinances and resolutions. Keep your dogs on leash at all times, physical or electronic.  Visitors are expected to keep their dogs on leash or in their vehicles and if mistakes happen, cleanup after your dog(s) please.  

The 8-yard dumpster at the intersection of Main and Second Avenue is for the use of paying Kramer residents and those in the immediate vicinity of Kramer that have paid the fee.  We are seeking permission to post a list of city and local individuals authorized to use the city garbage dumpster.  More to come soon.

United States Post Office

We have a small United States Post Office on the south corner of Second Avenue and Main Street. You can receive mail in a private postal box, ship out and receive packages, and purchase stamps and shipping packages.  The Kramer Post Office is open: Monday - Friday: 2 - 4PM CST

Saturday: Noon - 2PM CST

Kramer City Park

We also have the City Park which located on Main Street.  The area is shaded beneath giant Cottonwoods.  It includes a sanded playground, a picnic shelter with electricity and picnic tables, and adult bench swing. The outdoor toilets will be closed for repairs until further notice.

Kramer City Hall

Located at the corner of Second Avenue and Main Street.  The building is for rent and can be used for reunions, birthday parties, skating, dances, and other events.  Contact the city council about use, available dates and times, and fees.  The main area can be heated during the winter season.

Cork-n-Bottle Bar & Grill

We have a locally owned bar known as the Cork n Bottle.  They are open Monday - Saturday.
