The city needs a new sign. This one does not meet the 2022 standards. The sign must list the owner, operator, days of operation, hours of operation, and contact information and define WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE INERT SITE.  

The city has not managed the site in accordance with 2022 standards either. The current city council has established a $3.00 fee per dump. The fees will go towards gravel for the roads, grading, moving the wood piles, fixing fences and gates, maintaining required fill and cover piles of soil on site, and doing ANNUAL burns.  Again, this is a useful asset which we have not invested in. That just needs to change.
