ATTENTION SKATERS AND FRIENDS OF SKATING

We are seeking donations of lightly used quad and inline skates. Drop off locations include: Tractor Supply in Bottineau, Cork n Bottle in Kramer,  Section 8 Bar and Grill in Upham, and North 40 Restaurant in Rolla.

We have grants in motion for 4 new skating safety helmets, 4 smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and signage for safety rules and fees.  The gaming fund requests for help with panic doors was not approved. We move forward.

Invest in your skating rink.

We need: roller skating safety helmets, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, security lockers, white heavy duty paint, drywall repair kits, panic doors,  floor mats for entryway and at tables, heavy duty push broom,  new skate insoles, a floor cleaning machine and two more new skate racks.  We are looking at some neat lighting options at Home Depot in Minot. They would really enhance the skating experience for our skaters.

We are open to new ideas. We have provided some pictures of the only other skating rink in North Dakota (Mad Moves) to the right and a web link below.  Seeing another rink may inspire the community to move into action and make the rink a cleaner, safer and more enjoyable experience.

We will report all donations on the website and post images, as applicable. If you want to help fund something specific, please say so on the check or letter.

If you want to help with the overall project, send your donation to:
