Update on the City of Kramer Municipal Code

The second and final reading of the City of Kramer Municipal Code, Chapters 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, and 13 has been completed. The final step was a council vote on November 2, 2025, which has been completed and all codes were approved. The motion to forward and start publication of penalties in the Bottineau Courant was also approved and they were sent to the Courant on 4 November, 2025.  The remaining code as outlined below requires a first reading which was completed on 2 November 2025.  The second reading will be announced in the near future.
