The Kramer City Council and Auditor will use work orders to identify and track maintenance needs. The work orders will also be used to request expenditures to fund the maintenance.  The council can prioritize maintenance, approve or delay funding, and as necessary, cancel work orders.

10-25-02 Skating Rink Floor Cleaning - Closed, completed, paid for by donations to the skating rink.

10-25-03 City Sign Highway 14 Repair - estimate $25

10-25-04 Park Bathrooms and ADA aid for toilet - estimate $740.00 (gaming fund request not approved still not approved)

10-25-05 City Hall Door deadbolts - Closed, completed. Still need panic bars.
